Unangekündigte Sichteinschränkung ohne Hinweis auf den Tickets
Wir hatten auf der besuchten Veranstaltung keine freie Sicht. Bei Ticketerwerb wurde dies nicht erwähnt. Ticketmaster lässt sich dementsprechend Leistung bezahlen, die nicht erbracht wird. Ich persönlich fühle mich betrogen und kann dieses gewinnorientierte, aber nicht kundenorientierte Unternehmen daher nicht weiterempfehlen. PS: Ticketmaster gehört zum Veranstalter Livenation, welcher eine nachträglich angefragte Teilerstattung ablehnt.

LiveNation is the company behind Vibee -- TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
LiveNation is the company behind Vibee. Vibee.com is a website where "event experiences" are bundled & sold to various musical events, mine specifically is U2 at The Sphere in Las Vegas this fall. They have NO customer service telephone number for you to call about your $5,000+ event & the only means of communication is via THEIR online form on the vibee.com website. Once I paid for my "event experience", it's been impossible to make any additions or adjustments (e.g., coming in a day before or leaving a day later), which was promised to me as "information is coming soon" well over a month ago. In calling the hotel directly, they are unable to help with Vibee events and, now, the day prior to the event has the hotel completely sold out. I wish I'd just bought a ticket only & done the hotel reservations on my own -- I swear, the place I will bundle my "events" going forward is American Express Travel only.

Typically when you order online and it says "payment accepted" that would mean that the next day, I will see those funds pending from my account. Not the case with this company- they will just take the money out of your account weeks later and potentially overdraft your account because you suddenly have a bunch of money missing. AND lets not forget how long it takes to get the damn order shipped! WEEKS. No warning that there will be a delay (for no reason by the way.... because its not on backorder) so basically you are now screwed when it comes to Christmas because you dont know when to expect your order. AND dont let me get started on the MANAGER that just threw up his hands and scratched his head in wonder. The only statement he kept repeating is "no guarantee". AWESOME job. Thanks FOR NOTHING!

I bought a T/shirt from this site and when it eventually arrived I had to pay £11.17 customs charge on a £15.00 T.Shirt no warning on site. so be aware if you buy.
