They did a fantastic job all around!
They did a fantastic job all around! I found and ordered a Crucianelli, those are over 50 year old accordions. The accordion was in perfect working order and I received it in a timely manner.

Very pleased.
Very pleased with purchase and the service with Accordion Bayan. The refurbished vintage accordion was just recently received and is working just fine. Packaging was very well done and would definitely prevent normal damage from shipping gorillas. Customer service is super. Very pleasant and accommodating returning emails and requests very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Great instruments and customer service
They respond to all messages instantly, even in the weekends. If, for some reason, your instrument is not arriving during the delivery dates, they can help you with that. They rearrange for express delivery when that happened to me! For free! Also, if you still have concerns or questions after receiving the instrument, you can still get in touch with them, and they'll assist you like nothing. If you need a video tutorial to fix or do something, they'll record one for you even. Very professional and trustworthy people
