Scammers. Car rental made online through CarJet, where the company was indicated as not adopting a mandatory credit card policy. When we arrived, they refused to rent us the car unless we provided a credit card, despite having suggested we would pay a deposit - an option they dismissed hastily and rudely. Also, they refused to give us our money back. Avoid.

Very disappointing and dangerous…
Very disappointing and dangerous experience – I would not recommend Abby Rent a Car I was given a car that had multiple serious problems and was clearly not properly checked before being handed over to me. The car had a clutch problem, the rear windscreen wiper blade was missing, and there was a strange noise coming from the front of the car, especially at low RPM. The steering/wheel alignment was also seriously out of alignment. When I was driving straight, the car would pull to the right. This was extremely concerning and, in my opinion, made the car dangerous to drive. The key/remote control was also not working properly. Overall, I was given a vehicle with multiple mechanical and safety issues that should have been identified before it was rented to a customer. I paid for a rental car expecting it to be safe and roadworthy, but instead I was given a car that I felt was dangerous to drive. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and inconvenience during my holiday.

Scandaleux! ils ont réussi à nous faire payer une assurance omnium alors qu'on en avait déjà une et qu'on le leur a signalé. Ils refusent de nous rembourser. En plus, ils ont d'abord essayé de nous fourguer une vieille voiture sans possibilité de brancher le gps qu'on a payé It’s outrageous! They managed to make us pay for comprehensive insurance even though we already had some and had told them so. They refuse to refund us. On top of that, they first tried to palm off an old car on us that didn't even have a way to plug in the GPS we’d paid for.

Be careful, these are really SCAMMERS!!! After sending to AbbyCar Athen, I showed the rental company operator the already paid reservation for a seven-seater car on my phone. The gentleman searched the contract for a few minutes and then told us that we would pay a 500 EUR deposit. Of course we wanted to pay. The gentleman told us that only by credit card. We only had a few debit cards. He didn't want those. No cash either. After calling the manager, they told us that we had to pay another 270 EUR and then we could pay by debit card. Since there were four children waiting for us, we had no other choice and paid. After paying, they told us that they didn't have the seven-seater car that we had paid for, that they had a larger nine-seater car for us. At that moment we understood why we had to pay 270 EUR more. I sent a complaint, I haven't received an answer to this day. BE CAREFUL OF THIS CAR RENTAL COMPANY!!!!!
