Horrendous customer service. Stay away.
Horrendous customer service. I Ordered my readily available, non-outofstock fragrances on June 3rd. Shipping was supposed to happen within 1-3 days, which came and went, and there was no sign of a tracking info. I reached out to customer service email, since this business (conveniently) doesn't have a call number, and I received an automated email, but no human customer-service response. I sent them another email a couple of days later, this time letting them know that I would like to cancel my order since they had not shipped my order yet nor responded to my complaint, and still no response. It was today, after waiting close to 2 weeks that I then decided to take matters into my own hands and have initiated a dispute with my credit card company for non-shipment of items. I thought I'd do business with an independent company with cruelty-free values and purchase what seems like a decent set of perfumes, but clearly there are some serious issues with communication and customer service. Avoid them

All the scents are lovely.
My favourites out of the scents have to be The Cape, Voyageurs, and Mojave. All the scents are lovely.

I just made my third Abbott purchase
I just made my third Abbott purchase. For many years, I have settled for fragrances that just didn't suit me. Abbott has finally changed that. The fragrances have a clean and natural scent. I LOVE the sample set, and I have purchased it more than once because I love to have options every day. I don't feel like I am applying perfume, but rather a range of earthy scents that I feel complement my skin's natural smell.

I read about Abbot and their fragrance…Nothing like the Cape
I read about Abbot and their fragrance called “the Cape”, evoking Cape Cod. I have gone to the Cape every summer for the past 10 years except for 2020. I missed it and was very excited to buy this. I waited, of course, until I had another steady job, which was recent. It was a treat for myself. I bought the smaller size just to try and put it on as soon as it arrived. Now, don’t get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with the fragrance. But, even after wearing it all day, it smells nothing like the Cape and doesn’t evoke any kind of memory or thought in that direction. There is too strong of an undercurrent of musk. It is not airy or salty and the base heaviness never wears off. Just in case it was my body causing this, I had two other women try it, both of whom love Cape Cod. Both agreed and said they would never order this. I’m disappointed but am open to trying another version if it is updated at some point.
