Driver’s attitude….
I was on the bus waiting to take me back into Bristol when a foreign national tried to access the service. As a UK citizen I was embarrassed by the drivers attitude towards the lady. He was fairly rude to us when we got, but we’re use to this. He was rude and totally unhelpful, we had just returned from Italy where the bus/tram/train staff could not have been more helpful. The bus itself is clean and good value but the “front of house” is a joke!

Complete no-show and utterly unreachable. Avoid!
I was assigned A1 Airport Transfer through a booking broker for a transfer from my hotel to Frankfurt Airport. The day before, I received a text confirming the driver's name and contact number. However, when the pick-up time arrived, the driver was nowhere to be seen. We tried calling the driver's direct number and both of the local emergency contact numbers provided on our eTicket. None of the numbers connected. We even had a German colleague try dialing them directly, and I sent a WhatsApp message, but there was zero response. It was a complete communication blackout. After waiting nearly 25 minutes and stressing about missing our flight, we had to give up and book an Uber at an increased, out-of-pocket cost. If you want to actually make your flight, do not rely on this company.

Terrible service.
Terrible service. It was the first and the last time I used this service. At the time of the reservation, it was not possible to enter my full pickup address. It was also impossible to add a phone number with PT indicative, meaning that I could not enter my information. Tried to contact the service to confirm the address - automated msgs saying the same thing to go online and wait. Service online refused to send me the contact of the driver, but wanted my contact. The day of the pickup - The driver arrived late and unclean, the clothes full of food... The car in the reservation was a VW Passat, but the guy picked me up in an old, unclean, beaten-up Ford Transit. He also drove all the way on the phone with someone else - the speed limits were just a suggestion... All in all, would never recommend this service.
