Driver never came, refund promised in writing, still unpaid after three weeks
I booked a return airport transfer through Booking.com for 2 August 2026 in Bodrum, operated by 724 Transfer, supplier reference 612532537. Pickup was scheduled at 11:00 at the hotel address on the booking. Nobody came. We were waiting outside before 11:00. Calls to the driver number and to the company landline went unanswered, except one at 10:59 where staff told us the driver would be there within 5 to 10 minutes. He never arrived. At 11:32 the company admitted in writing on WhatsApp that the vehicle had broken down, apologised, and instructed us to take a taxi and send them the receipt, confirming the amount would be refunded. We asked them to send a taxi at their own cost instead, they did not. We took a taxi to the airport and paid 2300 TL. The official receipt and our bank details were sent to them the same day at 12:41. At 13:08 they confirmed in writing that their accounting department had been informed and that the refund would be made as soon as possible. Three weeks later, nothing has been paid. Reminders on 12 and 15 August received the same answer every time: the request has been forwarded to accounting. No date, no amount, no commitment. A breakdown can happen to anyone. What I am reporting is a refund promised in writing and never paid, and three weeks without a single concrete answer.

Unprofessionell und unzuverlässig!
Das Transferunternehmen verdient keinen Stern! Abholung vom Hotel um 20:20 Uhr terminiert, habe ab 20:10 Uhr rechtzeitig gewartet. Da kein Transfer kam, habe ich ab 20:28 Uhr vergeblich versucht über whatsapp 724 Transfer zu erreichen und eine Info zu erhalten. Parallel habe ich auch per Telefonnummer versucht jemand zu erreichen, landete nur in einer Warteschleife, keinen Kontakt. Um 20:52 Uhr wurde endlich auf eine Nachricht reagiert mit der Frage,ob ich nicht im Transfer sei. Nein! Dann hieß es in 5 Min. kommt Transfer, um 21:04 Uhr wurde ich abgeholt, Bus mit Corendon und 724 Transfer Schild. Der Fahrer war absolut unverschämt, hielt zusätzlich zum Halt an der Tankstelle (wo von keinem Gast Geld eingesammelt wurde!),an einem Geldautomat,an dem ein Fahrgast sich viel Zeit nahm Geld abzuheben. Der Fahrer machte die Aussage,dass ich eigentlich nicht sein Fahrgast wäre und er nicht verantwortlich sei,ob ich den Flug erreiche. Fazit: es kann immer mal Verspätung geben,dann aber nicht zu informieren und nicht erreichbar zu sein geht gar nicht. Es gab keine Begründung und keine Entschuldigung von 724 Transfer. Unprofessionell!

They Took Our Money but Didn’t Pick Us Up! Stay Away from This Company!
Absolutely unreliable company!! They take your money, but they don’t pick you up. I strongly recommend staying away from this company!!! On the morning of Sunday, August 9, we had a 10:20 connecting flight from Gazipasa to Istanbul. Our scheduled airport transfer was supposed to pick us up at 7:45 a.m., but the vehicle never arrived. We waited until 7:55 and then started trying to contact their office by phone. After approximately 15 minutes of persistent calls, we finally managed to reach them. We were told that, due to a system error, the driver had continued to the airport without picking us up. They said there was nothing they could do and simply told us to take a taxi. It is absolutely scandalous that a company whose sole business is airport transfers has no Plan B and, despite having a confirmed booking that had already been paid for, could simply let the driver leave without picking us up and then claim there was nothing they could do. We could have easily been in a situation where we had no money left to pay for a taxi at the end of our holiday. We could also have struggled to find a taxi with only two hours left before our flight. We were lucky because we were staying at family home, and we managed to find someone who could drive us to the airport for the cost of the journey. Even so, we only just made it in time. I can’t even begin to describe how much stress and anxiety we experienced. Despite the inconvenience, stress, and additional expense they caused us, they absolutely refused to reimburse our costs. We did not even receive an apology for the situation they put us through. I have never experienced such an irresponsible and unprofessional company in my life. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from them!!! And I don’t even want to imagine the financial damage we would have suffered if our flight had been, as is usually the case, from Antalya instead of Gazipasa. Being left stranded at the last minute and having to take a taxi to the airport could have cost us a significant amount of money. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs!!

Jag har åkt mer än 10 år med dem men…
Jag har åkt mer än 10 år med dem men tyvärr de har blivit värre o värre med tiden. Sist jag åkte med dem, det blev så stressigt. De hade sagt 9:40 pick up men de kom kl 9:00 och ville hämta mig. När jag sa men ni hade sagt kl 9:40 då sa dem antingen åker du nu eller då tar du ditt eget taxi. Jätte dåligt. De hade ändrat tid utan att meddela mig och när jag förklarar det de var så fräcka sa åk inte med oss ta annat. Tyvärr de har blivit större men servicen har blivit värre och värre. Kommer aldrig åka med dem.
