jeans qualita pessima tessuto da piegare e stirare
comprato dei jeans dopo averli lavati ho provato a stirarli sinceramente non ho mai avuto difficolta con altri tessuti e altre marche di jeans addirittura li piego e li stiro a mano senza ferro e vanno bene con i jeans 5mc2 con il ferro vapore al massimo che se stiravo un'altro pantalone cosi rimaneva in piedi da solo.. invece nonostante passato piu volte e ripeto al massimo del calore e del vapore il tessuto faceva fatica a stirarsi dovrei portarli ogni volta in lavanderia ma dopo un anno mi costa come ricomprarli nuovi e credo farebbero fatica anche loro ..non posso fare neanche il reso perche ormai li ho lavati e non accettano resi dopo il lavaggio..ma io come faccio a sapere che il tessuto e cosi pessimo che non si stira..mi viene il dubbio che sia cotone se lo e sicuramente una qualita scadente ...mai piu abbigliamento da loro ..

Bought one cloudstepper pullover hoodie and one zip up from them and they are really nice. The weight is perfect and i like how they fit. Both of the hoodies were size M but i feel like the zip up is slightly bigger but i like my zip ups to be a little bit bigger so that did not matter to me. My only small complaint is that the pullover hoodies stitching that connects the hood to the rest of the hoodie breaks easily so i stiched it better myself. Build quality 4/5 Shipping time 4/5 customer support 5/5 fit 5/5

After exchanging over 50 emails with 5mc2, I finally received a full refund of £200 via a chargeback through my bank. Here is what happened: I purchased a jacket and needed to return it. Unlike every other professional brand, 5mc2 refused to issue a return label. Instead, they simply gave me an address and told me to arrange the shipment myself, with zero guidance on customs documentation. I followed their instructions, used DHL Express as they recommended, and clearly marked the shipment as a return. Despite this, Italian customs charged £102 in import duties. 5mc2 refused to pay, so the parcel was sent back to me in the UK — meaning I paid £70 in shipping for nothing. When I asked 5mc2 to apply for Returned Goods Relief to avoid the customs charge, they refused and insisted all costs were my responsibility. When I pointed out that they had told me to follow "their instructions" but had no actual instructions to provide, they could not explain the contradiction. They are clueless. They even told me to "feel free to initiate a chargeback" — so I did. Visa ruled in my favour and I received a full refund. The brand owner and customer service team handled this situation in the most unprofessional way imaginable. This entire situation could have been avoided with a simple return label. If you feel their treatment is wrong, you are right. Save every email, contact your bank, and request a chargeback. You will win.

Disappointing quality control
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with 5mc2. I ordered a mystery Easter egg, and the jacket I got wasn’t really my taste. I love the design of their other stuff, but hey... I can’t be mad about what I got. However, I am disappointed in the quality of the jacket. It has a bunch of loose threads, and the print is such low resolution that it looks pixelated from about 2 meters away. I would only expect this level of quality if it was from Temu, dropshipped, or from H&M... but not 5mc2, and especially not at the original price the item goes for. I hope it’s only the item I got that looks like this and not something across the whole brand. And if you bought the “Padded Rainproof Jacket” at full price... I feel bad for you, man.
