I bought the Marie™ | Purple Keyhole…
I bought the Marie™ | Purple Keyhole Maxi Dress, advertised as a sale promotion which I was gullible enough to respond to. It finally arrived today. Looks nothing like the picture on the website. It is basically fancy dress material, synthetic and flimsy, heavily crumpled, much too long, much wider/larger than expected (size M). I didn't have high expectations, but this is so much worse in reality. Going straight to the charity shop. Moral of the story: don't buy from Instagram promotions.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. There is bad quality and misrepresentation but this is beyond. The dress ‘Aria’ looks so gorgeous. I ordered it for Anniston. In June. It took 20 days to arrive and then I cannot explain how bad it is. It’s like the inside of a cornflake box - crispy and feels lukewarm it would combust in the sunshine. The buttons are so basic and it is SO SMALL!! I ordered a large because o know they always come up small. I’m a 12 and it wouldn’t even go past my boobs (not big) soooo disappointing DO NOT BUY! Its going back

The dress I ordered was nothing like the one I received, which had the look and feel of surgical scrubs! After complaining to Paypal, I finally got a return address( postage not paid) We will see if I actually get a refund.

I received the items I ordered but not…as expected
I received the items I ordered but not as expected from the pictures online. I have emailed on various occasions for return details but as yet have heard nothing from them. I am really up set as I cannot afford to have the money outstanding. I really don’t know what to do.

I purchased 2 Jackets from them recently. They have arrived and they don't fit . I tried cancelling the small one to no avail. They didn't even acknowledge my emails. NO PAPERWORK INCLUDED AND NO DETAIL FOR ME TO RETURN THESE ITEMS. COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME . THE ITEMS COST 39.99 AND 27.99. I WIULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP TO CAN GIVE ME. PLEASE. MRS.
