I placed an order on July 8 2026 in the amount of $69.80 for 3 bracelets. Received delivery confirmation for July 11; it's now July 16 and my order is still in transit according to tracking info. I have emailed and left vmails all to no avail. Why are you not returning my communique? It's because you're a scam company. Even your chat is not tied to your company. I want my package, compensation for the frustration you have caused, and either a phone call or email explaining this disaster.

20$ for a bracelet, but only one pound of plastic taken from the ocean? I get that they have employees to pay, but I think that's a low amount of plastic taken from the ocean for this price.

overall good experience!
i've ordered from these guys a few times this year already! they're overall pretty good, and i've received everything i've ordered! the shipping is a little slow, but i've only ever gone with the standard shipping, which is 7-12 days (they do not specify if this is business days or not). i am also in the USA, and some reviews here talk about issues that came with international shipping, so take that as you will. something i love about the company is that they're transparent in their work, and document about what they have done very often! in my opinion, the wait is worth it, since everything else has been fine! and hopefully those international issues are fixed if they haven't been already!
