So if you are following these ongoing…
So if you are following these ongoing reviews, last message from 24builds included a tracking number for the items they owe me. Shipping information was sent to the shipper on August 5. This doesn't mean the items were sent to the shipper, only that they were notified of the shipment. As of today, August 19, the tracking number shows "Shipment information recieved" and nothing else. No movement. Obviously 24builds hasn't sent them anything. Just more delays and lies. Of course my emails to 24builds go unanswered. C'mon, guys, let's hear your latest excuse! What a sh!t show. .

Do not buy from this company. I ordered in December. When I realized I wouldn’t get it by Christmas I tried to cancel. They said ok, that it hadn’t been processed yet and someone would phone me to confirm. Of course no one ever called. I sent several emails and then sometime in January they said it had been shipped. It arrived towards the end of January. My husband started building it in April, and was probably 1/3 the way through (space station) and discovered there was only one of the 2 pieces he needed to attach 2 sections together. He messaged them May 9 and he was back and forth with them for weeks. I stepped in in late May . They assured me they would send the piece. Still the run around. July 16 ish I sent an email saying I wanted to return it as a fourth product, and the next day they sent me a tracking number saying it had been shipped. I had already filed a claim with my credit card company, but held off in case it arrived. Yesterday I checked the status and it said it had been delivered to a city I don’t live in. Hopefully my credit card company can give me my money back. It has been 7 months back and forth with these people.
