1001 Lights sent me the wrong parts and…
1001 Lights sent me the wrong parts and then refused to send me the correct parts until I showed evidence I would send the wrong parts back. I said I was more than happy to return the parts, but I wanted to see movement on my original order before I had to mail items back to GERMANY. This is an actual email I got from their support team member, Ralf: "Hello Sally. Thank you so much for your support. We didn't expect to receive so little support from you. We're handling replacement parts for a customer who didn't purchase their lights from us. We're making practically no money on the replacement parts. We only incur costs and shipping. And you're unwilling to help us with the replacement. Thank you so much for that. We've canceled your order. We've credited to your credit card back. I think you understand that we no longer welcome you as a customer. I hope your question has been sufficiently answered. Wishing you a good start to the new week, Your 1001lights Team, Ralf" Absolutely insane!

Great service! I wanted an Ingo Maurer lamp for Japan’s 100V, and the staff went to great lengths to check compatibility. It works perfectly, packaging was excellent — very happy with my purchase!

Worst customer service experience of my life. I order a beautiful lamp from them but it came with the wrong type of plug and they have been giving me the run around for 8 month and getting it fixed. Never buy from them!!! Worst company ive dealt with during an online purchase
